Check in fast and easy,. Great view the rooms were all in the higher floor,. Parking located in the basement,. Please use touch and go card,. Spacious and ev charger also located somewhere in the carpark which is a huge plus,. There are shops located around the hotel also,. Check out is a breeze also,. No delay,..

Comfortable, clean, hygiene is tiptop, staff is friendly
Very unstable wifi, very bad experience when playing video games or even watching simple YouTube videos. No smart tv unlike other hotel. Would suggest the hotel to install smart tv and Netflix account for the rooms. PLUS the hotel should have shuttle service to famous landmarks like LRT Chan Sow Lin, TRX and Mytown. Unfortunately, the service were off when I was there. Sad and I need to pay more than my budget just for booking Grab.

I’m disappointed with your breakfast buffet.
I would like to provide feedback on my experience at your breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I don’t believe it meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. My partner and I spent RM90 for 2 pax this morning, but we were very disappointed with both the dining environment and the food quality. Firstly, the ingredients did not seem fresh or hygienic, especially the "cool plate" section. The jam was not sealed properly, the hot food was cold, and what I found most unacceptable was that your staff did not promptly replenish or replace the milk, which left me unable to enjoy my cornflakes with low-fat or even full cream milk. Moreover, the staff seemed unprofessional and lacked attentiveness. They were gathered in groups, loudly chatting among themselves, which disrupted our dining experience and made it uncomfortable. Overall, I don't believe this breakfast is worth RM45 per person, as the quality of the food preparation and the lack of service left us with no appetite. I sincerely hope you can improve in these areas.
